A quiet place to slow down, rest deeply, and find your way back to yourself.
Burnout doesn’t look the same for everyone
You may not need another plan to fix yourself. You may simply need somewhere to stop.

The Bodhi Leaf Approach
Burnout looks different for everyone, so we don’t offer one fixed program. We offer a path: five movements that shape everything we do.
01
Pause
Step away from the noise. Give yourself permission to stop doing and simply be.
02
Regulate
Gentle movement, breathwork and calming practice help your body remember what safe feels like.
03
Restore
Sleep. Nourishing food. Time in nature. Body treatments. Space where nothing is expected of you.
04
Reconnect
Come back into relationship with your body, your feelings and the people you care about.
05
Begin Again
Return home with a little more clarity about what you need and how to move forward.
What Your Days May Look Like
There is no need to fill every moment. Your rhythm can look like this, or like nothing at all.
Your experience can be adjusted to what you need when you arrive. Burnout isn’t the same for everyone, so your retreat doesn’t need to look like someone else’s.
